We all learned in the press, the resale of the field by the DPOs Faisanderie Fontainebleau. To date, two potential buyers (OPH Seine et Marne, Seine et Marne Homes) were selected and the sale should be finalized at the end of the month.
Thus, we can expect to begin rehabilitation work late 2010, early 2011, and finally find an entrance to the city worthy of its people.
At a public meeting with residents of this neighborhood, Mr. Valletoux said that the future buyer of the bars Faisanderie should respect the proposed initial rehabilitation without making any changes at the architectural level. The only possibility would be negotiating the allocation of social housing and those intended for home ownership.
We have in our possession a copy of building permit signed by the Mayor and there is no construction of the street Faisanderie as rumor was heard.
These permits are in full conformity with what was announced by the DPOs in the presentation of the project.
