Wart Like Thing On Side Of Knuckle

STORE "FRANPRIX"

is next September that will open a grocery store "FRANPRIX" at 86 rue de France (site of the former dealer Toyota).
Some residents are worried about the nuisance that can make the presence of a large commercial space in a neighborhood saturated by traffic and parking problems. We contacted the City Hall and the business manager of the new store, Mr. Diquélou and they have assured us of their greater cooperation in order not to disturb the tranquility of this neighborhood. Thus, shipments can only be done between 9 and 12 in accordance with bylaw effect on the delivery location provided for that purpose before the store entrance Rue de France.
St Merry Access will only be reserved for small vehicles that are used to home deliveries. We arrested Mr. Diquélou on access issues St Merry and have strongly advised him to provide a ground marking in order to maneuver without blocking traffic.
On the back of the building that adjoins the gardens of some residents, it will remain a repository of cars as before.
This trade is for the local clientele, the flow should be pedestrian only and does not generate a flow of additional cars. The installation of this business is responding to a request from the district, which previously only had the center for supplies.

FRANCE STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT OF THE VILLAGE OF Faisanderie

It is during this month of May, that building permits for the rehabilitation of the Faisanderie bars, will be deposited with the services of the City of Fontainebleau.
We can not consult them before they are issued in July or August and we hope that the choice of this summer where Bellifontains go on vacation, will not one more obstacle to our efforts ..!
However, the Cluster of Local Democracy Town Hall, assured us that a meeting between elected officials and local residents would take place before the end of June to brief us on the project.
This project was submitted to our Association by Mr. Videau, Director of the DPO in Fontainebleau, which has tried to respect the POS current to avoid any recourse against the building permit. His approach seemed to us because he sincerely believes in his project and really want to make the most of this site.
However, we would have said that we did not want a pardon made in the pretext of the urgency to return quickly to a site where now the DPO is losing money. We have already made the sad experience of the work done urgently as the fireplace or the installation of the school "Le Roseau" on which we are now in litigation with the DPO. So we want a quality rehabilitation to offer its citizens and residents, quality of life! We also made the same speech to our Mayor Mr Frederick Valletoux at a meeting at City Hall and Mr. Grandjean (Member of the Opposition) met during a "coffee discussion" about the future of our neighborhood .
In this project we also deplore the aesthetics is not a priority because these bars keep their frontages clean and more sad and latticed balconies that allow new and more exposure to the sight of all, various objects and varied.
We were hoping for a complete makeover of these buildings but they will not!
As for the ground-floor buildings, they will attract businesses and on this point, we issue already a few reservations because we fear nuisance to the neighborhood (Traffic flow, parking, noise ...). We shall discuss together with the municipality because our neighborhood is primarily residential, close to downtown and shopping areas, without having to know the cons ... In addition, we are not certain that these businesses can continue to see and want to avoid enclosed areas that could fall prey to vandals. (Eg ferns Avon).
We welcome your views on these issues and invite you to express yourself on the website of the City of Fontainebleau, so that our Mayor is informed before giving permissions.

The SCHOOL "THE REED" AND THEN END!

After several exchanges of correspondence with local authorities regarding our concerns about security of this school, we have finally received a response from the new Sub-Prefect Philippe RONSSIN. The latter informed us have requested the Director of DPO in Fontainebleau, in order to take all steps to ensure the safety of children.
Moreover, a municipal decree of December 5, 2008 rendered enforceable December 8, 2008, request that the closing of the court be moved to the balconies of dwellings do not overlook more. We regret that to date nothing has been done and that children continue to play under these balconies ...
However, we have just been informed that the Board of DPOs in Fontainebleau has decided not to renew the lease to the school when it comes to an end, June 30, 2010. Hopefully no incidents to mourn during this second school year as we remain convinced that the premises are not suitable to receive a school. We are still happy with this decision because we thought that this might become interim final ..!
We now hope that the school "Le Roseau" will find good accommodation for the start of September 2010 in order to better fulfill its educational mission.
